Photo, Video, and Media Release Policy
At ASCEND, we are committed to sharing the beauty and impact of this day of prayer, worship, and encounter. As part of this, photography, audio recording, and video recording will take place throughout the event.
By registering for ASCEND, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. Use of Likeness
You grant ASCEND, its organiziers, affiliates, ministry partners, sponsors, and representatives the right to capture, use, repoduce, publish, and distribute your name, image, likeness, and voice in photographs, video recordings, audio recordings, or other media.
2. Purpose of Use
These materials may be used for evangelization, promotional, educational, and communication purposes, including but not limited to print materials, websites, social media, email communications, and other media formats now known or later developed.
3. No Compensation
You understand and agree that you will not receive any compensation, payment, or royalties for the use of such media.
4. Editing and Distribution
You grant ASCEND the right to edit, modify, reproduce, and distribute such media, in whole or in part, at its discretion.
5. Release of Liability
You release and discharge ASCEND and its affiliates, partners, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action that you may have now or in the future relating to the use of your name, image, likeness, or voice, including without limitation any claims for defamation, invasion of privacy, or right of publicity.
6. Irrecovable Consent
This permission is granted in perpetuity and cannot be revoked once media has been captured and/or published.
7. Minors
For attendees under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian, by permitting the minor to attend ASCEND, grants the same rights and permissions described above on behalf of the minor.
